Hands down the best experience purchasing a vehicle. They have the heavy duty Ram trucks with all the options someone would want. The sale was by far the easiest purchase for a vehicle we have ever had. They pay top dollar for a quality trade. I looked state wide and could not find a Ram 2500 with the options I was looking for and these guys had two. I highly recommend this dealership for a great sales experience. Ask for Matt, he really went way out of his way to get me into the truck I was looking for. I had Uptown use use their supplier for spray in truck bed liner and cover. It was so easy and it turned out perfect. They even washed my truck and floor mats. Everything was on time and cost was less than I expected. I got the truck from them too and that experience was great, fast and efficient. I now prefer small family run dealers now and will go back even though it is over 30 minutes from my house and twice as far as several competing dealerships.

I have recently traveled from central Ohio looking for an exploration vehicle for myself and grandsons, which I found in a 2009 Hummer H3T. Prior to me visiting your dealership, there was considerable communication between Brittney and myself, getting details on the overall condition of this truck and arranging pre-approval paperwork before I journeyed to Slinger. Understanding all this effort was for little more than the opportunity just to look over this vehicle. Through this process, Brittney never gave the impression that this was an imposition of her time working with an out-of-state customer with no assurance that a deal may be realized. Understanding the challenges, Brittney was particularly helpful answering questions and forwarding information, I requested, needed to make an informed decision on this purchase. I at no point felt I was pressured to agree to a sale. Although, the car sold itself given what it is and the condition in which it was found. In addition to the assistance of Brittney, I also had the opportunity to work with Rudy, your finance manager. Again, I have nothing but high praise of these staff members for the care and helpfulness given towards me. I tend to only purchase cars when they are needed. This one was more of a gift to myself and my grandsons. So, other than the distance between Uptown and myself, I would most assuredly bring any future business to your door. Again, I am more than happy with the service and condition of the vehicle. And I include commenting on this truck because of its age. It has been my experience trying to locate this model have only been located at secondhand dealerships and felt that this one was above average quality vehicle.
