I recently needed to have a windshield replaced on my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. AJ in the body shop immediately provided customer service that is so lacking at other companies. He’s attention to detail was well beyond what was expected and followed through with all details keeping me informed along the way including providing a rental vehicle to my liking while my car was being repaired. have been a customer at Uptown for almost 40 years and will continue for as long as I am able. Uptown Ford was a great place for me to purchase my vehicle and have it serviced. I first ordered my Escape Hybrid in fall of 2021. I was able to pick it up in December. Every service appointment has gone well including oil changes, any recall issues, and finally my most recent defective battery diagnosis and replacement.

Completely satisfied !!! Amazing customer service even though I was purchasing a used Lincoln MKX. I was treated just as if were purchasing a New Lincoln !!!
