I went to urbano motor with my grandma to look at car and fell in love with a Honda accord exl 2015 Celena was the best most respectful sale person I have ever met very professional and honest.i put money down on the car to be held and they held it with no problems at all I went back a week later to pick it up and the detail it had was amazing one of the cleanest car I have ever bought..I recommend urbano motors to anyone looking at a very very reliable car with low mileage. I give this company 5 stars thank you to Fabio and Celena me and my grandma had an awesome purchase with you guys..

Was super nervous about purchasing my first car but Urbano Motors was super paient and helpful! Celena helped me feel comfortable and make the whole car purchase process super easy. This may be a smaller dealership - family owned but they are super trusting & honest and I walked away super happy and getting a great deal on my first car purchase as an adult!! Thank you so much Urbano motors! They even wrote me a friendly card thanking me for my purchase and letting me know if I needed anything I can reach out :)

I've always admired the curb appeal of this establishment. Last week, on my way by, I stopped to look at an auto for sale on their lot. Though they were closed an employee spotted me and came right out and offered to show me the van. He said he wasn't authorized to let me drive it but he wanted to give me an opportunity to at least see it and sit in it since I came by. To me, that speaks volumes about how great this business is and how it values it's customers.

Selena and Fabio at Urbano Motors have exceeded my expectations substantially. First, the appearance of their property is immaculate. I didn’t feel like I needed a shower after sitting in their office. I’ve made purchases at places covered in dust and needed to move a pile of papers in order to sit down. Once. I contacted them about a particular vehicle, but the other inventory they offered appeared to be very nice. That’s the second expectation: they had quality used cars for sale, not junkers. The third shattered expectation was their ability to accommodate my needs such as letting my mechanic give it the once-over and then fixing the few small issues he found. But wait! Instead of replacing the single rear tire that was worn, they replaced both rear tires without socking me with an added charge. Fourth on the list was the pair of tee shirts they gave to me after the deal was made; it wasn’t any sort of closing technique to earn my business. Full tank of gas? Cappuccino while I waited for paperwork to be filled out? Check and check. Rounding out the list of expectations they exceeded is the invitation to return for a full detailing that couldn’t be done prior to me arriving to take delivery. The people at Urbano Motors are ruining the bad reputation that used car dealers have. If they keep it up (and I hope they do), they may single-handedly change the impression that people have of used car dealers! I can’t recommend them any more strongly.

Dealer plays games they say you need X amount down then it goes up 1500 dollars in a matter of 3 days? And that was after prior approval! No thank you. Go somewhere else! Buyer beware!
