Chase did more without hesitation, he even fixed some interior panels on the spot without us bringing that to his attention. With all the vehicles they have, the attention to final detail was nice. When I had a concern about the steering the first time I drove the vehicle, the owner Shawn, personally came out to test drive it with me to make sure everything was right. When I still wasn’t sure, he went out of his way and offered to let me test drive his personal Lexus with the same steering system just to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with how the car should handle. ​They truly listened to us, especially when we explained the history behind why we were buying the car for our daughter. They also took our concerns about the A/C seriously and already have a plan in place to take care of a minor issue. ​To top it all off, when I called Chase today to thank him, he told me he has a giant bow ready to put on the car for our daughter's big surprise! Bought a great vehicle a few days ago. Loved my experience over there. Kalon was an amazing help. He was honest with me from the start and didn’t put pressure at all on me to buy a vehicle.
