Even though I’m about two hours away, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make everything easy and stress-free. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and worked hard to get me as close as possible to my target numbers. Communication was outstanding — super quick responses by email and phone, and he made negotiating feel effortless even from a distance. I never once felt pressured, just genuinely supported the whole way through. When I picked up my new car, they had it ready with a full tank of gas, which was a great touch. Alex also took the time to help me set everything up, including getting the vehicle app connected to my phone so I could start using all the features right away. Alex was professional, transparent, and truly willing to work with me to make the deal happen. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Our salesperson, Brandon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about every feature on our truck and he projected trust and kindness. He listened to our wants and matched us a perfect truck within our budget. Thank you Brandon and the entire staff for making this a positive experience. Also want to shout out the service dept. We added runners and they were also friendly and prompt.

I called at 4pm and they were closing in an hour I explained to the salesman I was interested in the Durango they had. Sean told me he would wait for us. When we arrived the vehicle was ready for a test drive! After about 10-15 minutes the decision was made to buy it. Not only did they stay late, the staff also ran all paperwork and within an hour I was driving away with my new car. Sean knew everything about this vehicle that they took in on trade the week before and it was meticulous!!! Everyone was so helpful and answered all our questions!!! The man who did the finance application (I forgot his name) cared about what we should need and did not upsell anything we did not need! I would buy from them again!! Super nice staff, helpful, knowledgeable and I still can't believe it happened so fast! Thank you guys so much for assisting me in getting what I wanted!! So so happy.

Had a great experience with this dealership. They really went above and beyond to help me get out of a car that was having issues and worked hard to find discounts that helped me get into a brand new vehicle. I’m now paying less per month for my new all wheel drive electric vehicle than I was for my previous small car. The whole team was laid back, helpful, and not pushy at all, which made the experience even better. The signing process was also super fast and easy with their tablet pc system. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I will definitely do business with them again.
