I tried to lease a vehicle from them. The published price was for everyone but not for me. Their transparent pricing was not. They changed the base price on me and tried to make the deal completely different. Added 2k BS and more fees than expected and said ... Discount was for purchase not lease. Deals are less than transparent.

Well, we did it. Went to Vaden Cadillac to have our XT6 looked at for servicing. As we were leaving the lot, a newer version was calling out to us. We stopped to look at it and it grabbed us with such admiration. I couldn't help myself. We were greeted by Mark Layfield, and he was so courteous and polite. He wasn't pushy like some salespeople are. He made sure we controlled the purchase and ensured we were getting all the discounts that were available. He took the time to actually talk to us like we were family. And the ironic part was he had sold a vehicle to our daughter at a different dealership years past. So in a sense, we were connected like family. Mark is an amazing man who loves his work and he took us through the process with ease. Hopefully it will be a while before we are ready to buy another vehicle but when we do, Mark will be the one we go to first. If you are interested in a Cadillac or Chevy, head to Dan Vaden and ask for Mark Layfield; you will not be disappointed.
