Drove from Montreal to buy a 2024 F-150 Tremor. Noticed both rear tail lights had condensation and was promised (in writing) they would be replaced before pickup. Came back on the scheduled day and instead of replacing them, they were glued. No call ahead, no heads up—nothing. They just waited until I showed up instead of trying to find a solution. I was also told “we’re making no money on this deal, we can’t help you,” which clearly shows they don’t care about customer service. When I refused the truck, the salesman just walked away—no solution, no accountability. Wasted two unpaid days for nothing. Very disappointing experience.

First time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The service was honest and reliable. Came away with a great vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or especially used vehicle.

I have just had Val Estrie Ford complete my summer tire change and service as always they have made it easy by picking up my car at home and supplying me with the same model for me to use until they return my car clean and ready for a busy summer. Mathieu Vallerand always makes my experience a pleasure.

Once a faulty wiper cases scratches on my front windshield. When I brought it up to the service front desk guys, theys immediately assume we had done something to the wipers and it was our fault. I had to escalate the issue to the service manager André, he did fill investigatiob and talked to everyone and eventually understood that the scratches on the windshield were residual damage of their faulty parts and applied for warranty. It wasn't very pleased at first and took sometimes, but eventually it is resolved properly
