I called up on a Saturday and dealt with a salesman named Justin Crusel. He answered all my questions. I made a reasonable offer on a beautiful 2018 Corvette. Justin and his manager accepted my offer, got me great financing at a low interest rate and had the car delivered 800 miles away within a week. Amazing customer service from Justin and a great dealership. I will be buying an escalade there in the near future.

I recently purchased a 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ from Val Ward Cadillac, and I can say without hesitation that it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. ​In my 60-plus years, I have purchased many vehicles, but this was by far the least pressured and easiest process I have ever encountered. After Devoe tried to rob us blind -- $7,000 for AC System repairs when they claimed the thermostat, compressor, and coil had all failed simultaneously??? We took it to AMB Auto Repair and got the two hoses going to and from the compressor resealed and our AC system worked fine for less the $400. AMB is highly recommended. The Devoe Tech left some kind of hose attached incorrectly, and AMB showed us where and how, but it was something he couldn't repair so we had the car towed to Val Ward. Karina Gomez is a first class service advisor. We explained what happend with Devoe. She was able to get it fixed under warranty. We found out from AMB and the two truck service owner that Devoe had lost their service manager -- a great one -- to Val Ward, and that a lot of the best service advisors (Karina Gomez and others) had followed him to Val Ward. She and the service manager were also able to help us out with the rear view camera not working, even though we weren't included in the recall. The records showed that our rear view camera had been repaired at Son's Chevrolet in Columbus, GA. They are liars. We never reported a problem with the rear view camera when we lived in Columbus, GA and our car was not included in the recall. Fortunately, Karina and her manager were able to get it fixed and it's been working for us ever since. God bless.
