The car I purchased was in excellent condition and priced fairly. They handled all paperwork quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate their service and would recommend them to anyone buying a car.

We bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Valdez in April, and we have nothing else to say but we are in love! Last year we bought a car from a trash dealer in plantation, blew up three days later, no one helped us and we wound up with a repo on our name. We went to Valdez very nervous about the car buying experience. We truly only had 500$ down and we both worked, and Will and Adham did absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to get us approved! We told them what we needed, just something big that runs and drives that we can take to work and out on many adventures, and it has not disappointed! We've taken it to Jupiter multiple times and to the keys even more! It's an excellent adventure vehicle and it was meticulously maintained before we purchased it. These guys really care about their customers, it is truly a family owned business, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided! They knew we were in a tough spot and when they called us to let us know our plate was in the first thing they asked "how is your mama?" As they knew I was in Philly for a few weeks to care for her. Every other dealer treated us like idiots, a number, or an easy scam to pull, the guys at Valdez treated us like people. During the waiting periods (loan companies insurance the usual) We even enjoyed lovely conversations about culture, world travel, shared experiences, it was absolutely lovely, if I would have known I would have brought tea! I would recommend them to anyone, and sending a friend there tomorrow! If you want a dealer who cares about you, and the needs of your family, this is the place for you. Shkraan jzylaan!
