Put a deposit on 4/17, was told that'd be enough to hold it until I come get the car. Go there on 5/2 and they have sold the car. No phone call, no text, nothing. Now I have to pay uber $50 a day for 3 days for a commute from Stockton to Tracy, because I couldn't go pick up the car and now don't have the full deposit. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Nice place they will work with you to get a car. Thank you, guys....... a year and a half later, I went to pick up my title for a paid off vehicle. Thanks again for the opportunity. It has really helped me with being able to take care of my family's needs and all other things life throws our way. I will be purchasing another vehicle from you guys very soon.
Complete fraud! Never do buisness with these guys. They still owe me money. They don’t follow the state laws. I was smart to have a paid company inspect the Altima. It wasn’t safe to sell. You make a guess at what happened!!
They don't even have a real business they working out a very small trailer and they wanna tow people cars but don't got nowhere to put them
Rude customer service and was talking to me like i was stupid. Never going back here again
