Checked out Valley Auto world on line,.I called and inquired about an advertised deal. They had exactly what we wanted. Went in for a test drive and made the deal. It was a seamless experience,great customer service! Big shout out to our salesman,Altin He did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and helped with all of our questions..We would definitely do business with them again.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. My sister dropped her X5 off that morning, before the shop was opened, for SCHEDULED service. The tech lady, who didnt even acknowledge her when she pulled up (my sister had to force the interaction with a "Good morning to you too), never checked the vehicle in. Later that morning, a porter pulled the vehicle out if the bay, and parked it behind the dealership- LEAVING THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION!. When my sister called around 3 that afternoon to check on the process, not only had her vehicle not been serviced, but the same lady tech not only blamed my sister not being checked in, but also told her the vehicle wasnt there. I told them we were on our way and that they better find it. On the way, the lady tech called again, said they located the vehicle, blamed it on the porter, and said they would now work on it. I asked to speak to rhe manager who profusely apologized and stated my sister would receive a steep discounted rate. Got there, and was ignored by EVERYONE when we walked thru the door, to include the lady my sister had seen that morning and spoken to on the phone. Keeping the incident short, she STILL refused to accept accountability for what she'd done, had the audacity to catch an attitude when i called her out on a lie, then stomped away to go outside and cry after I told her to stop being a creep for hoovering over the cashier. O- and for leaving my sister's vehicle open to theft (keys IN the truck, doors unlocked, they gave her $50 off. $50. There are numerous other choices in BMW service providers. Use them.

Valley BMW is awesome, stopped in a couple days ago to just have a quick check on my vehicle. As always Valley was able to assist me with excellent service and the best professional team member interaction. I love looking around at the new models while my own vehicle is being serviced to see what changes have been made to the new vehicles. They always entice me to think about trading and Valley is certainly the place to do it. Great service and great cars ! I love this Dealership, best I’ve been to really, and I’ve been to plenty believe me ! Thanks Valley Auto World…you Rock !!

Came to browse a couple options and was helped out by Garrison! He was very personable and knowledgeable, had an answer for every question I had, and even circled back at the end of our conversation just to make sure I was completely informed before I moved on. If I end up making my decision I will definitely be coming back and having him help me in the future. Heard about Valley all over the radio and was super glad I chose them!
