Decided to change my review- If I had been shown just how bad my tires were. I would have bought new ones before leaving the dealership that day. I’m hoping that my new set of tires do not wear as badly as my two previous sets. These tires pictured started an unusual wear pattern after only 28 thousand miles (same as my first set) that’s not normal so I feel like instead of only suggesting to rotate tires more often or alignment every time an oil change was done - maybe looking into the suspension should’ve been the next option. I would’ve gladly paid to explore that option and have now done so. But it was never suggested by VW service techs. I still Love my VW - just not happy with this service, this time!

I always have a Great Experience at Valley Auto World, from the guys in the service department to the salesmen and women, even some of the customers. Everyone is always engaged, and friendly. Whoever is doing my vehicle service that day, they ensure they keep me updated on what they are doing. If it is replacing windshield wipers etc. I'm informed during the process. I always bring my computer with me to do some work, and they allow me to sit at one of the tables on the sales floor to get my work done. My past appointment was easy to schedule and the mechanics did an excellent job preparing my car. My battery died soon after I left and Valley sent a few workers to jump my car. They ensured I made it back to get a new battery. The service crew were very cordial and knowledgeable. It made me feel welcomed and ready to come back for next time. Thank you for everything!
