If we could give 6 stars we would! Kyle and K2 were phenomenal salesmen. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. Never knew buying/leasing vehicles could be a fun process! The crew at Valley City cares about people first and foremost and that is clear from the start. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle - do yourself a favor and check them out. Going to any other dealer would be a disservice! Another dealers loss of a truck lease turned into Valley’s gain of a truck lease AND a Grand Cherokee lease!

This dealership has good energy! All the people we worked with were good! But a special shout out for Devyn needs to be made! We had an excellent experience working with Devyn. Throughout the entire process, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decision. What stood out most was her honesty. When we asked questions, she never danced around the answers or tried to bluff her way through something she didn’t know. I purchased a 2019 GMC Acadia from Valley Motor City in November 2025. Before buying, I asked for the CARFAX and was told it would be emailed “in a few days.” I didn’t receive it until a month later. When I read it, it showed moderate accident damage (front/side impact, disabling damage, vehicle towed) that was never disclosed to me before the sale. After owning the vehicle for a short time, I began noticing serious safety issues. A rear driver‑side seat bolt was loose, and the brakes were in dangerous condition. In March, an ASE‑certified mechanic found the rotors were rotted, the cooling fins were rusted out and failing, and the pads were worn down so badly they cut grooves into the rotors. At that point, I had only driven 1,000 miles since purchase. The dealership told the Ohio Attorney General that “brakes wear out in 7 months,” which is misleading and mathematically impossible based on my mileage. These conditions clearly existed before the sale despite their claimed “safety inspection,” which they admitted performing. As a veteran with deployment‑related low vision, I relied on the dealership’s statements about the vehicle’s condition. The combination of undisclosed accident damage and serious safety failures makes this a dealership I cannot recommend.
