Sales people are absolutely clueless about Mercedes cars. For my e-class I went to twin cities and got my Benz direct from Germany and great price. When I wanted to buy sprinter salesman sent me email a year later about price. Do your research and find the deal that suits you not people who sell cars and have no clue about it. Service was good they knew what they were doing.

We are a Canadian family traveling across the midwest and our Sprinter-based motorhome experienced an issue with a wheel sensor that was illuminating the dashboard like a xmas three! We booked an appointment at Valley Imports on a Saturday through their web site and showed up for the appointment the following Tuesday at 7:30. Got there and and left the Sprinter in the good hands of Josh. By 9am the diagnostic was done and we had received the video for us to know exactly what was wrong with the van and some recommendations on other work to be done. Estimate of work needed was provided in the next 15-20 mins or so. Technician on the video was clear, concise and knew what he was talking about. Sprinter was ready the same day and service provided was outstanding. A special thank to Josh for his kindness and efficiency. Not an easy job to do when it comes to Service advisor but he is the best! Got different updates throughout the day and now we can go back on the road!

We had speed sensor go bad on our motorhome and called service department to see if they can help us! They got us in the very next day and took care of the issue with no problems the same day! Jacob our service advisor was excellent and kept us informed all thru the repairs! Service technicians were great and done the job right way!

Do not do business at this dealership and here is why!!!! When we stopped in for help we were told to keep driving!! We brought our 2024 Sprinter Van in as the DPF filter was at 124% and we were concerned it would go into limp mode as we made our way back to Idaho. The first service rep we spoke to was very nice and even checked with the tech to squeeze us in for diagnostics, but she stated she had to defer to the rep who was in charge of Sprinter scheduling when he returned from lunch. Upon Tristan’s return he told us to keep driving if we didn’t want to be stranded there for a few days. He said this before knowing our situation. We left then filed a complaint with Mercedes and left a message with the manager there. I hope Tristan gets fired for his atrocious service! Thanks for the response but it would be better if your manager returned my husband’s phone call about the terrible service we received.

This review is for the service department. We had to come in on short notice, and they were able to accommodate that day, the service rep was very knowledgeable and professional. We were treated like actual customers and not just a revenue stream.
