Zero star for a seller named Jean Christophe. No respect and no follow up after one visit and two calls. And also zero star for another seller named Thierry. He never has showed up on appointment time. No respect at all. And finally zero star for manager of this dealership.

My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing our new Toyota RAV4 PHEV with the Valleyfield Toyota Team. Our salesman, Blaise, was very helpful and always reachable for any questions we had throughout the process. He is very detail oriented and follows through with any task brought to his attention. Please note he does not speak any English if that may be a problem for you, but if you can manage to get by in French, he is fantastic. Eveline in the financing department is so kind and made us feel very comfortable without putting any pressure throughout the process. We recently met Christopher in the Service department who also exceeded our expectations and was a pleasure to work with. Overall a great experience compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area, would highly recommend!
