Value Max Used Cars

I must say walking into Value Max was something that was meant to be and having Samantha Lagana working today was a blessing, she was helpful right from the jump, she told me what I needed, she was very patient with me and waited for me to come back with all of my documents, Samantha has such great communication and customer service, she surprised me with such a great deal, I told her what I had, what I was looking for and she delivered with grace. My appreciation for Samantha Lagana is forever grateful Value Max is super lucky to have her here. Greatness from the time I walked in to the time she handed over the keys to My car Thank you so much

To start, I rarely complain/bash about a company or service, and especially not my Style to do, as a review. As someone who has mainly worked in sales/customer service, I know they’re too many variables to consider to do so… BUT this one has me puzzled!!—- I’m just so curious to know …why the owner, “Brian Peacheles—-The philanthropist, an upstanding member, to the Pitt county community.” doesn’t claim Value Max as one of his dealership accomplishments…..? What a facade! ….Barely ONE MONTH behind and my vehicle was towed! To get it back I had to pay the balance, plus tow ($500— 2 miles away).. Ok, understandable, I will pay past due balance, it’s what I owe, and you have a business to run, —-WRONG… not the past due, but THE FULL BALANCE OF THE CAR! $10,000! By no means am I looking for a handout, but Seriously?!? —-However, 3 years go, I’d recommend this place to anyone that was down on their luck, and in need of a vehicle, Finally a dealership that is there for the people, the community. A place compassionate enough to help those of in need.. silly of me! …it’s all a scheme. A number. A number used towards a tax right off. —Corporate loan companies would have had more empathy than this man. Wouldn’t even SPEAK to me., or even glance at my file to CONSIDER my current situation…..Brian Peacheles could care less about Value Max, or the REAL community of Greenville…. I guess that explains why all the staff left, but ONE,… Now SAM , you’re the REAL PEACH girl! .. know your worth babe! -S.N. What’s the point of the ignition lock in all the vehicles, when you can just skip to the TOW??? It’s VERY clear we are only here to buy from this dealership for ONE reason…

My first car experience and long overdue but Sam and Jay were amazing. Cant thank you two enough for everything! Helpful, polite, patient and kind.

no hassle what so ever. samantha was straight foward & and made the process easy. great prices on cars with low mileage. ill be sending a lot of people here.

Samantha is a great salesman she is friendly knowledgeable about her vehicles and answers any questions you may have. I would recommend Value Max to all of my family and friends She will get you right I’m driving my Chrysler home today
