Give credit where credit is due. Can I first start off by saying, I hate buying cars. Going to the dealership can be super stressful. And often times it can take what should be a fun experience and completely make it sour. Not the case with Van Buick GMC. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was treated with respect and the sales staff was outstanding. I met Tom Sneddon as I was getting out of my vehicle. He was extremely friendly and very welcoming. I shared with him what I was looking for. I had a few things that were non-negotiable for me, and there was a few things on my wish list. He was very attentive and listened to exactly what I needed. He found a vehicle that met all of my needs. He set me up with a beverage and went and grabbed the truck. Through the entire process, he was super friendly and answered all my questions. When I came into the dealership after my test drive, I was introduced to Mike Wolfe. And can I tell you, this is someone that knows exactly what they’re doing. Very efficient and super friendly. He asked me about my trade-in, how much cash I was going to put down, and I filled out a credit report. It was super quick and easy. We negotiated the price of the truck and my trade, and before you knew it, I owned a new truck. It’s clear that Mike Wolfe has created a culture at that dealership. It’s amazing and I’m so happy that I landed there. I can’t say enough good things about Van Buick GMC. Brett Glass is the best! Super friendly, easy to work with, he stays on top of the deal and takes care of you! We just traded in our 2023 Yukon for this 2026, and we’re really happy with the car!
