Joe Downing was an awesome salesman! Went the extra mile, stayed after closing to go through the features of the Jeep. Very attentive to details of the products and needs of buyer. We ended up with a new Jeep, the purchase experience was really good. VanHorn was great, all the staff we dealt with were knowledgable and polite.
