It was a great experience with our sales person. Just an extremely long process. We started getting numbers at 12:30 and didn't get in yo the finance person until 3:30. I feel the process was to long. But with that said everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

I was nervous about buying an electric car and have second thoughts to wait until I fully feel comfortable, but extremely glad that we got to worked with Tre! Very knowledgeable and honest person about why and why not an electric car. He also took his time explaining the features on the electric car! I highly recommend working with Tre!

I’ve consistently had positive experiences here. Recently, I made the mistake of going to another auto repair shop because they had the earliest availability. That decision ended up costing me. I paid an extremely high amount for repairs, had to return multiple times for follow-up issues, and was eventually told I needed several thousand dollars more in additional work. At that point, I brought my vehicle to Van Horn Nissan as soon as I could get an appointment. They ran a full diagnostic and even charged me half the cost after discovering the original issue had not been properly fixed. It turned out to be something simple: loose nuts on both front end links. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured here. Their team takes the time to thoroughly inspect your vehicle and explain your options in a way that feels honest and realistic. That level of transparency and care is hard to find. I also want to give a shoutout to Nate in Sales. Even though I didn’t purchase my current vehicle here, he was great to work with. He was patient, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. I’ll definitely be in touch when it’s time for my next vehicle.

We drove almost 2 hours to go to this dealership because they had the selection we needed! Our salesman communicated excellently and promptly over the week prior to our arrival, Robert Johnson is our salesman, wow very knowledgeable! He made sure that with the snow and temperatures being freezing that the vehicle I was interested in was inside and thawed out so that I could really "check it out" comfortably. When technology was not cooperating with us he took the time to get to the bottom of it in a very timely matter, explaining to me exactly what to do. He made the experience very pleasant and I would take the time to drive again to work with Robert. Van Horn so far has been a solid company to purchase from!
