Wonderful experience working with Van Horn! We are thrilled with our new Pathfinder and found the trade in value for our old car to be extremely fair. We had Wayne as our car seller - great guy. Skylar helped with the money stuff. Really good guy! Very satisfied with Van Horn!

I'd like to reserve the right to add to this review when I see how it all works out. Yesterday I bought a used Infiniti QX-60 with 24,000 miles. On the way home the A/C wasn't working. Luckily it's still under factory warranty until October. I won't have it back for a couple of weeks but they gave me a.loaner and are going to deliver it to me when it's fixed. I live 75 miles away so that says something. I believe they were fair on the purchase price and it seems.like it's going to be a nice car from the hour we had it. For a used car it was quite an investment so I'm hoping everything works out in the end. At this time and under these conditions I felt I had to only give 3 stars for now. Like I said I'd like to add to this review when I see how it works in the end.

I could not have found a better place to purchase my car. Van Horn Nissan Stevens Point was more of an experience than I could have asked for. There was no pressure felt and they worked with me to ensure that I felt safe and comfortable in my car. There was no sense of judgement and they made sure any questions I had were answered and explained thoroughly. Totally changed my mind about dealerships. Oh and Free Oil Changes for Life!

Staff is unbelievable! Had issues with my first vehicle and they made it right. No pressure sales team that listens to what you want and work within your budget. Team even stayed late and detailed my new car before leaving for the night. I can’t recommend Van Horn enough! Joseph, Carrie and Isabelle made the whole experience exciting and stress free!
