Service department broke the air intake on my wife’s car doing an oil change. I was in touch with the service manager who told me to send him the invoice along with pictures of the damaged parts. I even sent pictures of the part numbers that needed to be replaced. After a week with no response the same service manager told me the branch manager would have to look at the pictures and would get back with me. After another week with no response I called again and was told the branch manager was gone and they would take a message. After another week with no response I called 5 days in a row with the receptionist telling me the manager was gone and she would take a message. Never once did I receive a call or email back. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever had. Will never bring another vehicle for service and definitely will never shop for another vehicle here.
