Vance Motors Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Bancroft

I’ve had to go in to order parts for my new (older) RAM the past few months and also get a key cylinder set up for my tailgate. The staff have been very helpful in getting my parts to Me asap. Peter in the parts dept has gone over and above in getting me set up. It’s very appreciated. The prices are very good too. Would highly recommend Vance ( and Peter) for your parts needs.

We drove 4 hours to look at a 2500 Dodge Ram. We were excited to arrive and see the truck although was used was sparkling clean. The owners and everyone in the building were friendly and welcoming and courteous. They even brought dog treats out to Riley our puppy even put a cute pink bandana around her neck that says Only Ram so cute. After a lengthy test drive we made a deal and bought the ram 2500 diesel truck. We are so happy that we took the drive out to Vance Motors in Bancroft. And now two days later I have picked up the truck and again sparkling clean full of fuel and ready for the trip home. I purchased a Transit 250 van from Vance Motors. I had a very good experience with purchasing from 4 hours away and they delivered the van to my house. The van came very clean and what was described on the website/pictures. Would recommend buying from them and would buy again if I am in need of another work van.

On a snowmobile trip to Bancroft our Ram 1500 air bag system failed due to an extreme drop in temperature. We brought our truck to Vance Motors Dodge Chrysler and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed before we finished lunch at Fiesta Flavours (highly recommend this restaurant if you like fresh Mexican cuisine). We were on our way back home within 1.5hrs of bringing our truck in. We are very happy with the exceptional prompt service provided by the team at Vance Dodge!
