By far the best experience I have ever had with any dealership. They made sure we got everything we had on our checklist and SOME. We were trading in our minivan and wanted something more fuel efficient and overall budget friendly. Well, Christine made it happen. Even with my poor credit score she managed to keep our bi-weekly low while getting us a brand new vehicle. I cannot wait to come back when the time is right. We were taken care of, I am so thankful I went with Vancouver Mitsubishi to trade my minivan in.

Company of Cars has a great selection of really nice vehicles to choose from. The Mitsubishi Vancouver Outlander PHEV is an awesome car smooth to drive, fuel efficient, and perfect for city and longer trips. Highly recomend checking them out.

Consider my reviews the ACCOUNTABILITY place. In a world where zero responsibility seems to be the norm, I post my experiences so the public can make an informed decision before trusting that their hard earned dollars are going to the right business. I had a great experience with Vancouver Mitsubishi company salesman Shayan Basti when I purchased my 2015 Audi Q5 in May of 2025. He was prompt with communication when I first sent a query about the vehicle, and just a good all around guy. However, the ‘manager’ that was outside with me and my partner when we went to go see the vehicle, check it all out, and take it for a test drive … assured me that the condensation in BOTH lights would “go away when it was warm out, the sun will take care of it”. I asked him again, “Are you sure, because that’s a safety issue,” and he said, “Absolutely, 100%”. I paid good money for a TEN YEAR OLD car, plus my trade in where I had just had the brakes done and there was nothing needed to update. Well … the condensation did NOT dissipate. So I contacted Vancouver Mitsubishi, and said, “C’mon … the manager assured me that this condensation would evaporate in warm weather, it’s getting worse.” They agreed to fix it. HOWEVER, they would only do one light at a time. It was a problem. It cost THEM money to deal with it. They had my car for FIVE DAYS. I have a life, that was a problem too. They gave me uber vouchers, but still … it wasn’t great to be without my vehicle for five days. Fast forward to a year later, the other front headlight is getting worse. I reach out to Vancouver Mitsubishi and tell them the problem isn’t ‘going away’ like the manager assured me it would. They REFUSED to fix it. Flat out NO. But get this, I get emails from the company asking if I want a ‘free detail’ and my car is ‘really popular’ in resale land. It’s insulting. It’s a vast field of lovely used cars out there - do your research, now you know that Vancouver Mitsubishi doesn’t stand by their ‘-‘MANAGERS’ word. This is a SAFETY issue and they wouldn’t step up and do the right thing. Is this the kind of business you want to take your money to?

I had a great experience at Vancouver Mitsubishi on Clark Drive. I bought my Outlander in August 2024, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Sayan, my sales agent, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through everything clearly with no pressure at all. The rest of the dealership staff were also professional and welcoming. Highly recommend Sayan and the team at Vancouver Mitsubishi if you’re looking for a new vehicle. Very happy with my Outlander!
