Habibi Aaron, who made me feel literally like his old friend and was so generous with his free winter tires set deal and a VW mug. He got me HABIBI deal and a hug as Christmas gifts. Howard, the mission impossible pro when he got me financially approved. Andy, he goes above and beyond to explain to you everything about your new car patiently, and provides excellent orientation. he even responded to my after work hours questions and was so patient and friendly. Yannas, from the service department. 5 stars customer service stars for accommodating my winter tires installation when I screwed up with the official appointment date. This is the business that needs to be appreciated and supported always by all means. They really care about your satisfaction and your peace of mind. Way to go Vancouver VW.

Great experience with Vancouver VW! I was able to negotiate everything via phone/text as I live 90 mins away from the dealership. Negotiations were fair and easy. Bryan, my salesman, communicated well and was very patient with running different financial scenarios for me. Andy was thorough during delivery of the vehicle. Even though I have a local VW dealership, I would not necessarily recommend them, despite buying 2 new cars from them. I would definitely recommend Vancouver VW!

In 2026, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Volkswagen Vancouver believing it had been reasonably inspected and was in acceptable condition. In May 2026, after investigating ongoing engine concerns, I contacted another service centre that had previously serviced the vehicle. I was informed that in October 2025, the vehicle had reportedly been diagnosed with serious engine damage and that engine replacement had been recommended, with estimated costs exceeding $14,000. When I contacted the dealership, I was told they did not find any codes or issues during their inspection. I was told they couldn’t fix something that wasn’t an issue.

I had a great experience at the Vancouver Volkswagen dealership. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and never pushy as I took a few days to decide on my vehicle purchase. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I drove away in my amazing electric ID buzz feeling confident and knowing if I had any questions, I was welcome to return and Andy would be happy to help. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and super fun car-buying experience! Also I have to mention this was the quickest car test drive and leasing experience- other dealerships want to waste your entire day and keep you there waiting for hours- Vancouver VW understands the assignment and gets you in and out in your new car in an impressively efficient fashion.
