I had a fantastic experience as a first-time buyer when purchasing my new car from this Hyundai dealership, and a big part of that was because of my salesperson, Mitch, and the GM, Terry. Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything without ever making me feel pressured. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. You can tell he really values people and wants his customers to have a great experience. Terry, the GM, was also amazing to work with. It’s clear he leads with integrity and stands behind what he says. Both Mitch and Terry were honorable, straightforward, and stayed true to their word throughout the entire process. When they said something would happen, they made it happen plus some. I also want to give a shoutout to Shawn in finance. He was very real, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything without being pushy at all. He made sure I understood all of my options and I could tell he genuinely wanted me to feel taken care of and leave with peace of mind. He was also so kind when I asked for a summary of each document I signed. All three of them were just great people to work with, and made me feel completely comfortable.
