It was a great experience. My 87 year old mother was buying a car and very nervous about it. Bob Berger and William Johnson made it an easy and non stressful experience. They found the perfect car for her. She was pleased with the car and the experience was not stressful for her at all. Mr Johnson was very kind and showed great respect for someone her age.
