I have bought several new vehicles over the years. This dealership has by far been the most pleasant experience of them all. With me they didn’t dink around from the beginning and even through their finance guy. In fact they bent over backwards to find and get me the truck I needed when the truck I ordered was held up and not delivered in time for my upcoming vacation. They still gave me a good deal on it even though they knew I needed it. I feel like a different dealership would have taken advantage of that situation but these guys were super cool and I felt real good when the whole deal was completed. I wish they were closer to home but the next time I need another vehicle I will drive the hundred plus miles to come back and work with these guys again.

We are a return customer at Vann Gannaway in Eustis, Fl, and as usual the experience was spectacular. Our sales person, Joe, was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for us! Justin, our finance rep, showed great knowledge in completing our transactions, and was very friendly as well. In fact, we met most of the staff who were very friendly and welcoming! We will continue to be a returning customer, most definitely!

Second time buying from this dealership, though my family has been purchasing from this dealership for a decade or so now i think. Delores, my sales person, had been communicating with me throughout the week to get the deal set up so by the time I got there to sign the paper work, I was in and out in an hour! She had everything all ready for us and guided us from start to finish. She's fabulous! She has treated me and our family well and we will continue to buy from her and the dealership :)

It was an extraordinary experience, feeling like walking among friends, excellent communication, teamwork, very transparent about everything, so helpful, and Nick, our seller, was amazing, very approachable, professional, and present in every step of the process of buying.
