From new car purchases, to getting your car serviced, I highly recommend this dealership. They have a friendly sales team, and an even friendlier team of advisers. Phillip is always a delight to work with, and helps keep you in the loop. But they will all go above and beyond to give you the best service possible!

I would absolutely not buy a car from here. There's really nothing more to say. There was at no point that we owned the vehicle, that the business felt like it was worth it. Even to the end process of needing records. The entire process was just painful. They also partnered with Fidelity which may very much be the absolute worst place you could ever get warranty from?.

I appreciate Vann York Chevrolet. I give high praise to Philip my service tech. He is always courteous and explains what is going on. When or if I’m in the market to purchase a new car I will turn to Vann York.

Stopping here because it’s closer is simply a mistake on my part. My Escalade has nitrogen in the tires and I came in for the nitrogen to be added to the tires. This process takes more than a couple of minutes. When you tried to talk me into air in the phone instead of nitrogen, I should have known then. I’m thankful for honest dealerships; unfortunately, this isn’t one. I will make the drive elsewhere in the future.

Highly disappointed. Upon receiving an under hood repair, there appeared to be damaged done to an interior item. The shop brushed off my request to make it right but offered another chargeable service, which has led me to believe that it was done intentionally. I was warned of dealership service shop shady antics. I wish I had taken heed to all warnings. I have even asked them to remove me from their electronic mailings and they have not done so. I have no desire to patronize these crooks.
