Salesman low-balled my vehicle on a would be trade. The truck I looked at was nice, but they didn't want to budge, and the sales guy told me to let him know if I got what I thought my truck was worth (which was payoff- and it was). He didn't believe I would get it. Thing is, we did a NADA on my truck, which I was a little conservative, and looked at what my then current truck was fetching elsewhere. We never do anything vehicle related sales wise without much research. So, Daryl, we got what it was worth from another not so far Away dealer. And got an either better truck, lower miles and better package...Thanks!

While on our annual RAGBRAI trip our 5th wheel camper was damaged (spindle and axle). Although they are not a camper dealership they changed our tire, diagnosed the spindle problem and helped us with finding a new axle. The service dept went out of their way to help us even though there was nothing in it for them. Even though they knew we were in a desperate situation, they did not over price their services, they were more than reasonable. It’s refreshing to find such a helpful and above-board service.

We ordered our daughter a spare key for her car. The service manager ordered it, then lost our order which had our name & phone on it. Good thing I called them to see if it was in yet.
