I’m sad I didn’t hear of this place before.. I’ve had and heard of horror stories from other car dealerships so I am always cautious but I had a great experience with VASS automotive. I financed a truck through them which is in amazing condition for the age, the owner and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of the questions I had for them. I’m used to scummy dealerships that try to get over on you and this was the complete opposite of that. I am very impressed and will absolutely be referring friends and family to VASS automotive.

Bought a truck from them within the first week the oil pan started leaking took it to a mechanic and he said it was the rear main seal. Took the oil pan off drop the engine and the engine was completely gone. I’ve tried to call several times, nobody has picked up the phone. They knew exactly what they were doing when they patched that truck up and sold it to me saying that it was mechanically sound. The guy told me he drove it back-and-forth, which was a blatant lie. Do not buy from these people do not patronize them at all!

Jessica and everyone there was fabulous. I’ve never bought a car from a shop/dealership before, and she made it so smooth and comfortable. We talked for a bit and related on a lot , the staff understood my needs and helped me to accomplish them. I would refer this company to anyone looking for a nice reliable vehicle for a great price. AND they tag title register your car right there, so you avoid going to DMV. Hell yea.

The staff was amazing. I went there to look at Jeep Wranglers and the selection was great. Robert was very helpful and showed me what was within my budget. He was patient with me and worked with me to help me get a Jeep I love. He also worked out the financing and payments so I could stay within my budget. I highly recommend.

Please don't buy a car here unless you know how to really checked them, financed a jeep that gave me problems from day one once kept shutting off on me kept having over heating issues and with that being said even financed is an as is purchase the did try to help at the beginning but the issue persisted when I kept calling they just ignored me and my calls now a year later thousands spent finally come to find out the my engine gasket blew pistons are warp and who ever rebuilt the engine incorrect by their shop where the mechanic uses zip ties to hold you alternator apparently before I bought now I'm left with 7,000 dollar balance with my lien holder and no car. And the current damages are over 7k called them to see what they can do and the new assistance all she had to say it's been a year mind you I have the owners number and called directly and to top it n off the supposedly bought a sway bar for the jeep and provided to n one of their sales person that instead of putting on my jeep never called or picked our calls and took it for himself. They pray on people who are not knowledgeable and are in need of cars fast. Honest they are not I was told my jeep was in great condition and it wasn't had issues from the beginning and the more issues came up the more they ignored me so buyer beware go there with someone who can really check the car you buy and don't believe what they tell you. The biggest crooks I've met. Payments are on time and I really wanted to save my jeep but now I'm too a point that I have a balance and 7k of repairs because everything needs to be replaced due to their horrible mechanic work before me purchasing the car.
