Vatland Honda

I had a great experience recently at Vatland Honda and I’d like to share it with you. Lisa Sacco is a great asset to your dealership, she was a great help for us miles over the phone and treated our family member with kindness and respect when she arrived that morning. It was her first experience at a dealership alone and she had a wonderful experience and I can’t thank Lisa enough. Well done Lisa, Carla and detail expert Tray and when I arrived, I enjoyed even the unique remodeling project Vatland Honda was under. From service and sales construction quarters, everybody acknowledged my presence and offered me help. A+ to all, especially to Lisa.

We very recently decided to try Vatland after several absolutely horrible services at a different dealership in Melbourne. We were honestly in a very bad place at the thought of dealing with another dealership. What a pleasant surprise! We dealt directly with Erin in the service dept who kept us informed every step of the way. My Charger needed warranty work which was handled efficiently and quickly. It turns out there was another issue beyond what we thought which Erin took care off behind the scenes and got that covered as well. She also informed us of a recall we had no idea about and got that taken care of also. The service dept did their job and we heard no complaints and did not put us off at all to do other non-warranty work! We are so very happy with this dealership and when we look at new vehicles, this will be our first choice. Thank you so much Erin and all the mechanics in the service area. We cannot sing your praises high enough!!! :)

My experience with Vatland Chrysler in Vero Beach was one of the greatest moments I have Salespeople and the whole Team were amazing Special thanks to Bruce , Josh …….and everyone else that helped my dream come true to become a reality Driving 2 hrs to do business wasn’t an issue for me at all base on my experience with them. I would definitely recommend anyone in my circle.

So happy with my new CRV. IT'S BEAUTIFUL! The staff was there for us during the whole purchase process even though it was after closing hours. They were amazing!
