I had a great experience in getting a new car from this vw dealership. The guy Kevin i dealt with is great. He respected my time as I told him that I have one hr before I start my work. He gave me a great deal without any negotiation. He was not pushy. He was very transparent and honest in his work. I am excited in getting a new car from him. A few days ago, I purchased a new (demo) VW Taos Blackline from Volkswagen Vaudreuil, and I’d like to share my experience. From start to finish, the team was great — helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right fit for my needs and budget. A special thank-you to Gabby, who took the time to understand how I planned to use the car and patiently answered all my questions. Her professionalism and thoughtful guidance made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Coming from a Tesla Model 3 — a car I loved and never really planned to replace — this was an emotional purchase for me. Gabby made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way, never pushing, but instead helping me find a car I’ll enjoy for years to come. The only area that could have been improved was the delivery experience. It was extremely cold that day (around -20°C), and I was surprised when the car was presented outside rather than in the delivery bay. I understand there are procedures for demo or used vehicles, but it would’ve been nice to have the same delivery treatment as other new car buyers — especially in those temperatures. The process also felt a bit rushed, and I wish I’d had more time for a proper walkthrough of the car’s features. Roxanne kept on saying to my questions about warranty and about the status of being inside vs outside as it is a demo "As Is Where Is" which was frustrating because my questions were relevent. By the time I got to the car after seeing it sitting in the cold outside I didn't even want to take the car off the lot. Overall, I’d rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars. Gabby (Sales): 5/5 – Outstanding service, professional, and personable. Roxanne (Delivery): 3/5 – Could be friendlier and allow for a more thorough, relaxed handover. Despite the small hiccup at delivery, I’m very happy with my purchase and with how the sales team ensured I drove off in the right car for me.
