Brought my truck in by tow at night, 3 days later and they still can’t figure out what’s wrong. Each morning I’m taking a Lyft and each night I’m taking a Lyft till day 2 after blowing my top they finally say we can pay for the Lyft. Then I say to them how can you tell me your working on it when I can see my truck parked out there all day long and no one is working on it. They ran a diagnostic at night for 2 nights in a row and multiple road test. Each night I would tell them to please not shut power off because I have food in my fridge and freezer and every morning I would have to turn my power back on. Finally the company I work for told them to hand over the truck back to us and I will run it back to the terminal and they will fix it since Freightliner cant figure out what’s wrong in 3 days. Avoid this place. Also the lounge you wait in has got to be about 80-90 degrees with no air circulating at all.

These guys are awesome! I needed a exost pipe for my motorhome and they were able to order it in and has it available the next day! Wow! Thanks guys!! Great people! Great service!! Clean shop! Fast friendly! If you need anything for your fraightliner these guys are the place to go!

The worst customer service ever. They will keep your truck for a long time and you will sit and wait every 4-5 hours for "updates" via email. You can't seem to reach anyone over the phone to get solid answers or ETA to fix your truck. They will replace parts that don't even need to be replaced and tell you your truck has been fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

At a nightmare situation, weird noise coming from the truck. The lady at the front counter helped me didn't have to drop off leave and come back. They found a mechanic that started working on it right away. Super helpful

Don’t just buy here. Make sure you ask what boys the warranty on your part before you buy it because they won’t tell you I bought Ac Compressor five months ago and it went out. It said he had it on your warranty, but they did not because I did not buy another part, the warranty, but I was never told that an order for the warranty to be valid. I needed to buy the second part.
