I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Chevy. Caydin and the service team were exceptional — extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. The level of care, attention to detail, and effort they put into addressing my concerns was truly impressive. Their professionalism, pride in their work and knowledge absolutely stood out and made a stressful situation far easier to navigate, knowing I was in such capable hands. I’m genuinely grateful to Caydin, the mechanic (whose name I unfortunately missed), and the entire Service Department. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about doing things the right way.

My husband and I had an amazing buying experience with Eric. I talked about a vehicle the prior day over the phone. We showed up the next day and Eric was there through the whole process. It was his day off but he showed up and gave us the royal treatment from start to finish. The dealership was very clean too which tells me they care about their place and the customers comfort and first impression. Thank you Eric😊

I have thought long and hard about posting this review. I hope I might be saving some other older person from going thru this. I had gone to Rantoul at the hospital for tests. Stopped in Paxton for coffee, couldn't get back in my vehicle. Called and asked for Hunter, he wasn't in. Ended up talking to several people there with no help. Kept calling finally got Hunter. He said well isn't there a gas station or something, it's probably your battery in your fob. Haven't even had the vehicle a year. I said yes but it's 3 blocks down, at Casey's, he said go down there buy a battery they will put it in. It's a $5.00 fix. I had to walk 3 blocks in the heat, didn't even have my walking stick which was in.my vehicle, was so scared I'd fall. They couldn't helped me so walked an other block and 1/2 to someone who was working on a car. He sent his helper for a battery, put it in and it worked. I was so thankful his helper took me back up town. I was in Paxton for over 3 hours. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. HUNTER NOR ANYONE EVER CALLED TO SEE IF I WAS OK. Beware older people, they won't help you after the sale. I'm 79 years old should never ha e been treated so badly.

I came here hoping to get a pre-owned car, but I ended up getting a better deal on a new one. It may not have been the exact car I originally intended to buy, but it’s perfect for what I need. Eric and Dave helped me get approved through the bank—they really know their stuff. Since I didn’t have a vehicle to pick up the car, Dave generously offered to deliver it to my home. They weren’t my first option, but I’m really glad I ended up getting the car from them. I was also able to avoid the extra charges other dealerships were adding. Overall, my experience was great. I never felt like I was treated as anything less than a priority customer—they took their time with me and answered all my questions. They also offer discounts for healthcare professionals, so I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my colleagues.

My daughter Oushea and I went to Vermilion Chevrolet dealership today. Brett Patke was such a Blessing to work with. Brett really listened to what we were asking for in regards to an automobile.
