Vermillion Ford

My experience at Vermillion Ford was outstanding! I have never received that kind of help when looking for a vehicle. They worked so hard to find me just the right vehicle. I plan to definitely share my experience with family and friends! In love with the 2020 Ford Edge, never even knew that's what would be my perfect vehicle!

Over the last week I worked a deal for a truck based on the salesman's word. I spent ample time asking questions to make sure it was what I was looking for and in good mechanical condition. Since I was driving 250 miles over there I wanted to be sure before committing to it. I asked specifically about the cam phasers and was told that they hadn't been serviced, which though true, the salesman could have at that time told me they needed replaced which is a $4000-5000 job to do and if you don't do the work the engine will eventually fail. I knew within 2 seconds of starting the engine they were toast...Drove 4 hours each way for nothing. This is not on the salesman past the fact he could have told me. This is on dealer management, they're knowingly "certifying" a truck that has a known failure hoping they find a buyer that doesn't know what to look for. More than likely the person that traded it in had it serviced at a shop, maybe their shop at Vermillion Ford and didn't want to spend the money so they traded it in. Which means they low balled his trade "to be able to fix it" and they chose not to fix it... Beware, this is a sleezy business that will waste your time and cost you money. The salesman did fill my tank to get home, but that does not excuse the fact that the entire interaction was fraudulant.

Vermillion ford was hands down a great experience! Greg our salesman was pleasant and made the process of a new car purchase the best I have ever had. Drove 6 hours for this wonderful experience. Worth every mile! Thanks vermillion!!

Excellent service. They picked up and delivered our vehicle right to our home, quickly fixed the issue, and completed an oil change. They also gave us a clear idea on other maintenance items we’ll need soon
