My overall experience was very good at Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. Ashton Munsell was helpful and professional. He guided me through all stages of the purchase of my new F150. All employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful in making it a quick and easy purchase. Overall great experience when purchasing a new truck.

Can’t say enough good things about Vern Eide! I have had wonderful and fast service in the body shop, service, and buying four vehicles over the years. Recently I worked with Jacob Sample buying a used Nissan Pathfinder and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and helping me zero in on what would be the best fit for me. We started at the Acura location and ended up looking at more inventory in the Vern Eide system at the Mitsubishi lot seamlessly. I would highly recommend working with Vern Eide in Sioux Falls and Jacob!

I was apprehensive at first being sent to this location for my trade in/upgrade as I didn’t have a good experience with losing personal heirlooms when I received service 2 years ago on my prior truck. But, I had faith, gave it a chance and got my new mom truck. I emphasized my needs and budget and Spencer Wedin and Jordan Dirkes were great. Spencer was great at explaining my normal ‘mom features’ I needed and Jordan Dirkes was nice enough to apply discounts on certain things I had prior on Eide benefits but never utilized! Lots of things we paid out of pocket for not knowing prior. I’m glad they advised they’re now headquartered there and have a totally new service department. That makes me more confident coming back and giving this location another chance. This location is also very kid friendly too as we had our 2.5yo with us for 3 hours!

I have had 2 experiences with vern Eide,this time it was nahan,John,and spencer and they all were awesome,and very helpful,and explained things to a tee.i would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle,they are awesome people,and I'll probably do it again.thank you very much for treating us with the care and compassion.Have a great day.
