Tyler has helped me over a few years at Vernon Toyota. I’ve been looking at this vehicle for a while and finally made the decision to buy, extremely happy that I did! Tyler helped me every step of the way and adding in some extras for me. Recommend his easy going approach and knowledge when thinking about a new vehicle. Of course being a in a Toyota is the absolute best!!

My partner and I found our dream car but Vernon Toyota was a couple provinces over. There were so many logistics and finances to iron out but Gen, Art, and Kim over at the dealership smoothed out the entire process. They really went above and beyond for us. Gen was so friendly and always keeping us updated, Kim was so nice to connect with on a personal level, and Art exceeded our expectations by finding us a much better financing option. After a month of hard work we picked up the car and drove it safely back. We’re so thrilled with our experience, and may even make the drive back to the Okanagan just to bring our business there again when it’s time for a new car. It was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much!! ♥️🙏🏻 Some other less personal notes: The dealership is in great shape and tidy. The assortment of vehicles on display range from new SUVs, to a Supra, to a mint condition 1970s Land Cruiser. There’s coffee and other refreshments available. All the staff are smiley and friendly - you feel welcomed immediately. The sales and financing departments are very well informed and find the best options for their clients. I did not interact with the service department so I can’t review them.

I recently purchased a tundra through Amen. From start to finish, he made the experience very enjoyable and stress-free. We looked at a number of trucks and he answered all my questions. Once I found the truck I liked we went back to the showroom and he showed me the Inspection and Carfax reports.I never felt any sales pressure. He introduce me to Kim in finance who was also very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend Amen to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle at Vernon Toyota.

Tyler always does his best to get the fairest price possible, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail so you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He’s professional, knowledgeable, honest, and never makes you feel pressured. We absolutely love our Audi SQ8, and when we’re ready for our next vehicle, we will definitely be going back to see Tyler again. Highly recommend!

Once we chose our vehicle Amen went over all of the vehicle options and even paired our phones to the Tundra.
