I recently financed my first-ever car, a Volkswagen Jetta, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately with kindness. Landon was the person who helped us, and he walked me through everything numbers, test driving, and all of my financing options. Landon was open, honest, and incredibly receptive to every question I had. Financing a car for the first time, that meant a lot. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain every possible option so I could make the best decision for myself. His patience and kindness truly went a long way and were very appreciated. He also made it clear that his support doesn’t end once you drive off the lot and has offered help in the future if anything ever goes wrong. I recently bought a 2025 Volkswagen Taos and had an outstanding experience with the staff at Vernon Volkswagen! I had to buy a car unexpectedly this year and from my first visit to the purchase, I was welcomed as I walked through the door and felt seen and heard. Thomas was incredible with answering my many questions with transparency and honesty. Every interaction I had with Thomas was positive! He was sweet, kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision which was so nice. I also had a great experience with Dawson when it came to the financial aspects. They were fair and willing to negotiate the price on the spot (instead of playing back and forth money games that some dealerships do). Angela was also great to deal with and sat with me for hours while I navigated through the contract signing and finance options. She even fed me when I was there in her office! So sweet! I truly appreciated the level of service, authentic feel and care I received at this dealership, especially as a female. I would recommend these wonderful people if you want a personalized and amazing service!

Five stars for Landon in sales and Angela in finance! Knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Landon made the entire process simple and stress-free. My only advice: when you walk in, take a left to the first desk, that's where you'll find Landon. I'm glad I did :) Highly recommend!
