Purchased a 2025 jetta from this dealership, I worked directly with the sales rep Gianni, I knew mostly what I wanted and he made the entire process extremely easy for me. Helped me pick which one best fit my needs and was able to have almost everything done and the car waiting when I got to the dealership. No upsales, no gimmicks just good business and a very nice car. I would 100% buy a car from here again.

1 head lamp went out. Went to more generalized repair service. Not familiar with that particular VW, could not replace. Then the other went out. Went to a repair shop in my area; however was Sat, could not fit me in. Called VW Vernon. Explained situation, able to accommodate me even though I was a distance away. Service mgr friendly and efficient. My car was serviced in short waiting period time. So happy they were generous in getting me in!

My husband and I purchased our 22 Tiguan from this dealership last week and we had an amazing experience, there was no pressure put on us we just were able to test drive and get the info we needed in a low pressure environment and friendly environment, we worked with Steve as our salesman and he was really great and focused a lot on the details to make sure everything was right and the team stayed late to make sure we were able to leave same day with the car, I would definitely go back next time I need a new car!! It also seemed like we got a very fair deal on the new car and our value of trade in, the new car looked great and had a ton of features that we wanted all for a great price Overall super happy with our experience!!

I had an excellent experience. The rep. at front desk was SO nice and helpful. I think his name was Jimmy. He was all by himself but answered all my questions and I do appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me to do the service. It made all the difference to me.

I picked up my 2025 VW Tiguan today and I can’t stress enough how amazing these guys were to work with throughout the entire process. I had put in a request to look at a car at this location, and both Steve Kessler and Sales Manager Sam Papale were incredibly responsive and helpful from the start. They listened closely to my preferences, worked hard to meet them, and made this process a smooth one. What I appreciated most is that they aren’t the type of salesmen who play games, try to rip you off, or waste your time. These guys are genuinely committed to making their customers happy, and it shows. They’re down-to-earth, honest, and truly great at what they do. They made me feel comfortable and safe during a process that can normally be intimidating, and I genuinely wish I could buy cars with them every day—lol! I’ve always loved VW, and when I’m ready for my next one, they’ll be the first people I go to. I strongly recommend making the trip to this dealership to work with them.
