Vero Beach Mitsubishi

I had a great experience at Vero Beach Mitsubishi in Vero Beach. The service was excellent from start to finish. Vinny (the sales guy) was professional, friendly, and very helpful, and the finance manager (James) made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. The amenities were nice, the environment was comfortable, and the service was impressively fast. Lazaro, the owner, was very welcoming and willing to help during the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for great customer service and a stress-free car-buying experience. The truck I bought looked just like the picture they had on their website.

I had the best experience with this dealership, and especially an excellent experience working with Josh on my recent car purchase. He was a fantastic communicator and always quick to respond to the many questions I had leading up to the sale. Josh worked with me to get to a price I felt comfortable with and didn’t hesitate to send me the full out-the-door number, which gave me confidence in my purchase. He was transparent, attentive, and never tried to play any of the typical dealership games. Overall, he made the process smooth and stress-free. Truly a great salesman and a great experience! By the way, I drove 3 hours to pick up my car, and would gladly do it again to work with Josh for any future buying needs.
