The dealership receives praise for its sales staff's respectfulness and ability to help customers find desired vehicles, though one reviewer noted a positive overall experience with willingness to return. However, the service department faces significant criticism regarding excessive wait times, high pricing, incomplete work requests, and poor vehicle care during service appointments.
Alex is very direct, a flexible salesman, and treats everyone with respect despite someone’s age. This was my first car without someone else having to co-sign. I found the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, with low miles. Overall, my experience was relatively good with this dealership and would be open to buy another car off them in the future.
Helped me get my favorite truck. They where very fast and very respectful.
Here is a good one. Left a review then get an email because of my review. They want ME to call them! So I call and give the breakdown on how my trailer hitch was left on my bumper and how I SPECIFICALLY asked to PLEASE reset my tpms after tire rotation. Was it done NOPE!!! The individual on the phone truly acted as if he didn’t care!
Don't deal with the service department they'll leave you sitting for hours and prices are crazy high. I had an appointment for 11 to do an oil change and added the “recommend services” with it. I was told it'd be 45 mins to do the extra service. At 1:00 they hadn't even started the extra services and said it would take an extra hour to do at a cost of $599 I told them not to do the extra service and called the shop in my home town that was over $300 cheaper.
My husband took his car here to get his collectable camaro serviced. It said to service tire monitor. It was returned to us with grease on the door handle and interior, 11 miles on it, the entire drivers side from front wheel to back quarter panel including the fender well was muddy (this car is washed, covered in a custom silk cover and garaged daily after being washed) and after just having a recent alignment, has a new shaky steering wheel that pulls the car to the right. We talked to the service manager who was very polite, but not helpful resolving the situation. If this is how his car has been treated, why would we want to bring it back? We wanted a reimbursement on an alignment at a place of our choosing. They just lost a $1500 job in future work with their inability to provide customer satisfaction.
