Similar to other reviewers, my experience was that they were trying to push me into a car I did not really want, nor did they want to put in the time or effort to help me find something I did want. My son had come with me, and after we left he asked me why they treated us so poorly. I decided to purchase elsewhere, and after doing so, respectfully let the sales manager know why we made that decision in hopes he would learn from it, maybe treat future customers better. He took no ownership, no apology, instead he used the opportunity to tell me how he could suddenly get me a much better deal, with more options of vehicles. Unfortunate he didn't put that effort from the start. Lots of dealerships in the city, I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I came in with very clear, repeated requests, I needed a small, practical, fuel-efficient, and reliable vehicle something affordable both short- and long-term. I emphasized this multiple times. Yet one particular salesperson either didn’t listen, didn’t understand, or simply didn’t care. Instead of helping me find something that matched my actual needs, he aggressively pushed a high-mileage, oversized SUV with a big engine — the complete opposite of what I asked for. It felt like he had a car he needed to sell, and my needs were irrelevant. What’s worse is that this wasn’t a one-time misunderstanding. This was a repeated behavior. I had engaged with this same staff member before and experienced the same kind of pushy, tone-deaf attitude. It’s clear now that he cares more about clearing out old stock and closing deals than actually helping people find the right vehicle for their lives. That kind of approach is not just unprofessional — it’s careless. It shows a lack of respect for the customer and zero concern about the real impact his decisions may have on someone’s financial situation or quality of life. If you visit this dealership, be very careful who you deal with. Some of the staff may be helpful — but others are clearly only out for themselves. Chances are, they won’t help you here — they’ll just add to your problems. And as for the used vehicles? They may look good after a quick polish, but within a week you’ll likely be fixing things yourself.

Very accommodating staff and willing to provide what costumer needs

If you’re going to buy a used vehicle from them, I recommend having it looked at by a trusted mechanic before hand and/or have a safety done. I made the mistake by not taking it to a trusted mechanic to have it looked at, thinking it wasn’t necessary. I had bought my previous vehicle from them with no issues, so there was reassurance and trust when purchasing. 6 months later, I found myself having suspension issues, having to replace the struts.

The location is difficult to access. Very small parking to gain access to the service area. Once inside the staff are friendly. They have team members that open the hood of the car/truck and wash the engine. And others that put the protective seat and floor covering in the vehicle. And when space available even move your car with in the bldg to make more space for more in coming vehicles. They offer shuttle service to after dropping off the vehicle. And will even pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I was offered a free rental vehicle because my vehicle was not ready before the end of the day.
