I called and made an appointment here on a Monday and they got me in on Wednesday, so efficient! When I brought my car in today they had amazing customer service and were extremely kind, the lady who runs the shuttle was a pleasure to ride with - she dropped me off and also picked me up when my vehicle was ready!! Simon kept me up to date as soon as my vehicle was finished being serviced and sent me a detailed video and message!! Overall my experience here was 10/10 - I had bought my car at the Mcphillips Nissan and the customer service at the mcphillips location is not good, Save your time and money and take your vehicle to Vickar Nissan they are amazing!!
