Todd Munson in used cars is amazing. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you’re interested in buying a used car. Todd Carter, the finance guy, has zero customer service Skills. Over the course of Two weeks I left five messages. Finally got a call back and was told he would run some numbers and call me on Monday. It’s been two weeks and I’ve left four messages and still haven’t heard from him. Do not recommend him!!!!

Todd Munson, the salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and patient as I, and my nephew, checked out the vehicle to make sure it was a perfect fit for me. Bought a Chevy sonic in October 2025. Recently had diagnostics done on this car.everything possible is wrong on this car. Over 4,000 bucks worth of problems. I went a couple days after the sale to get the permanent plates,Tony the guy who sold me the car was waiting outside. He was acting very nervous saying they forgot to do an oil change so I stayed and had it done or so I thought.a week later my son checked the oil, black as coal, the oil did not appear to have been changed.why Tony? And why were you acting so squirrelly that day. I’ve heard that car salesman are trained to keep their conscience at the door when they come to work.you did that well Tony. Bet you sleep well too.the one star is not deserved.don’t ever buy at this dealership especially from Tony.very disappointed,was swindled.

After a couple of disheartening experiences with used car dealerships in Kalamazoo and Plainwell, I was so lucky to find Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, etc in Vicksburg. I had the best support and service with Jen and the rest of her teammates. I drove off in a great car and can't say enough about this shop! Ten out of ten stars - will come back for my car needs.
