I recently (Dec 2025) purchased a vehicle from Victor Ford and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The dealership has a family-like feel that made everything relaxed and comfortable from the start. I initially stopped in just to look at an F-150 in their inventory and wasn’t planning to purchase just yet. I was immediately greeted by Steve, my sales consultant, and we looked at a few models and talked things through before heading out for a test drive. At other dealerships I visited, I was asked if I had an appointment or informed that no sales consultant were available. That was not the case here. At Victor Ford, I felt welcomed right away. After the test drive, we discussed numbers and quickly came to agreeable terms, no pressure, no waiting around, and no games. I was also pleased with the trade-in allowance they offered. The finance process was just as smooth and straightforward, with a low-pressure approach and no pushing of extras. Overall, it was a positive buying experience. I highly recommend Victor Ford!

Absolutely a Great purchase experience. My first time buying off the internet, as well I was still deployed and not able to get the vehicle for 3 weeks. I was able to complete all forms and wire money for deposit and my Mustang GT was held and delivered on the date I requested. I had excellent communication with Mark who even sent videos and pictures to keep me updated. Delivery was on time to San Antonio from Victor Ford. The car was perfectly described and being a 22 with only 6800 miles it still looked and smelled brand new. Mark was even communicating with me while on his vacation to ensure I had my car delivered as he promised. Awesome service from this dealership.

Thanks to Jeff Victor, Mikey, Matt and the whole team who made my purchase of a 2022 low mileage Ford Edge smooth and easy. I love the enthusiasm Victor Ford has for sports cars even though I would never be able to afford one. The 60th Anniversary Ford 5.0 Mustang in the showroom is awesome!! Overall my experience was not satisfactory. They were accommodating when I showed initial interest so I appreciate that. I put a deposit down did financing etc. but a few things should have gone better. 1. The vehicle 2023 2dr Bronco had a scuff that was pretty bad on the driver side rear fender. I asked them to take care of it and basically nothing was done. I ended up getting a paint correction that was over 1k in order to get it out. I should have been offered a discount in good faith if this wasn’t able to be addressed in house. This was not advertised in the listing that it had paint damage 2. This is my first ford vehicle and while I love the car so far. The sales associate should have shown me a few more features. I learned from someone that works for me on my sales team about the ford app and how there are remote features. This is awesome. Mark could have done so while I was waiting an hour and a half for the finance manager to free up. I’m in sales as well and in sales your job is to create customers for life. It’s about the lifetime value of a guest and building trust and loyalty through integrity. He explained to me this is a family owned dealership while that’s great and I’m sure the owner does a great job (he sourced this vehicle which I love). If this is the normal experience the I would pass on them in the future. I’m sure others have great experiences, this one had opportunities. I hope the managers and owner appreciate the feedback as this is only to give you an opportunity to improve.
