My wife and I been looking for a truck for quite sometime. One morning we came down to Victorville Chevrolet to see what was in their inventory for trucks. First time buyer, met Maribel (Sales at Victorville Chevrolet) and she gladly showed us around the dealer driving in a golf cart lol. Saw all the nice trucks they had from Colorados, 1500s, 2500s, and a dually. Just so many to choose from. I had an idea of what i wanted so we test drove the 6.2 and 5.3 1500s. Ended up taking home a 5.3 LT trail boss! I jus have to say that Maribel made the whole process easy and works very fast with her team thru the paper work as well. Forgot the gentleman name in finance but he as well made quick work of the paper work. If you ever considered a new chevy or already have owned multiple they definitely can help you. Maribel talked to us the whole time. very kind, transparent, and making sure we were not rushed once we ran the numbers. Gave us a-lot of time before making our design so we appreciated that. Oh ! and hitting the gong was a great memory once we made the deal. Finally, the day was over, we thanked Maribel Maribel’s last words to us was to let us know if we ever needed anything or schedule services to let her know right away so she can get it all taken care of! I will update back in the future to give you all a transparent experience when I do my future services.

Husband and I came to the Victorville Chevrolet to trade in our Nissan Truck and possibly get a new car with them. Both Jimmy and Kristina were so very helpful in getting us the right price on the car we wanted. We are so thankful for their help and patience. Couldnt have asked for better people to help us out with both the sale of our old car and the buying of our new car.

Amazing service! Jael was amazing from the start, she listened to everything we were looking for in a car and kept us in budget. She was very patient with us having our kids with us as well. Very easy to talk to and made the process very easy ! Also Nadia got us where we needed with final pricing working within our budget, listened to what we needed and what we could afford and make it happen! She was also very patient with our kids being there. Overall AMAZING car buying experience thanks to these two!
