Originally worked with Zach and Anthony. They are amazing individuals! Would have loved to work a deal out with them and give them our business, however we spoke with Mike Vaughn over the phone originally so we had to work with him. Typical policy. Thought nothing more until he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We were trading in needing to contact our original bank, Mike was very distasteful towards the loan officer and said disgusting words about her. I of course confirmed with him there is a process to situations and to let her do her job without being rude about it. (She was taking too long, we waited 5 minutes to receive the email we needed) Mike did not approve of my comments which later transcribed into him being very rude towards me. Snappy comments here and there about me personally, to a point my husband had to intervene. Would have never continued with the deal, however we were already past the signing when all this started. Very unprofessional and disrespectful being we are giving him our time and business. I have never witnessed such behavior from a sales professional. Everyone else at the dealership seemed welcoming and friendly! Too bad this was the outcome.

I had such an amazing experience buying my first car on my own at Victory! Matt was the most helpful salesman! He made sure I was comfortable and even went into the finance office with me because I was nervous. He went through every detail of my Jeep Compass and even explained Jeep Wave to me. He stayed after hours to do so! I highly recommend working with Matt and Mr. Donnie in finance!
