Victory Ford made it so easy to get a recall repair done on my Expedition. They contacted me and set up a time for their mobile tech, Tyler, to come to my work and fix the problem in the parking ramp. Tyler was super friendly and explained everything really well. It took the stress out of trying to get an appointment set up, being without a vehicle and then trying to get it picked up. Thank you!!

Haven’t bought a vehicle here, but their Mobile Service is an AMAZING concept that you should definitely know about if you’re buying a vehicle from them or not. I dread when it’s time for an oil change because scheduling between meetings and traveling is such a hassle. This service is the best thing around. They’ve done an oil change for me in a business parking lot so I could continue working and now today came to my house and I didn’t even have to leave the warmth of my home. Jackson was great both times, I had a lot of questions the first time and he answered them all and also communicated very well when he was on his way and his eta which I appreciate. Nick was also great, I had some recall papers that I let stack up cuz … well I’m just a girl. He recognized that I didn’t know what I actually needed and he took initiative to just look it up and inform me of what was needed on my car and then got it done very quickly! It is clear this team cares about their customers and enjoy helping people! They’ve got my business for life.

We have had very good experiences with Victory Ford. When we bought our vehicle, Brittany Hubbard did a great job and our vehicle orientation was the best we have ever experienced. Now when we have had it worked on a couple of times it has been great. They will come to our location to do service work or if they need it in the shop, they bring a loaner out and get it and bring it back. Alyssa in service has done a great job of keeping us posted on progress when they had it in for service.

Jordan and Mitch were awesome!! Made the whole thing super easy and pretty fast! Got me and my wife an awesome deal on our first car! They were also super straight forward about everything which I was pretty grateful for!
