Victory GMC St. Joseph

Walked in to check out buying a car and was greeted with the nicest car sales agents. A huge shout out to Brooklynn as she made the complete experience as smooth as possible while entertaining two of my daughters through it all! She listened to what I wanted and in my price range and stayed in middle of the lower side, great experience all the way around, then to all the final paperwork and Preston did the same, he listened and didn't try to push any extras while entertaining our daughters as well. Both Brooklynn and Preston have a full heart in what they do when it comes to finding the right fit for your needs and wants. I'm extremely excited to see where all this new car takes us and the memories to be had in it! Thank you again for everything you both did for us!!!

If you want to buy a vehicle here. I would not recommend it. When you first get there they are so nice, but once you sign the paperwork they don't care. Problems: received the truck with empty tank of gas, before purchasing the truck we mentioned that the tires needed to be replaced They say they will work on it, but did they nope. Detailing of the truck was horrible. Still had rocks in the bed of the truck from the previous owner, the console was falling apart and they said they were gonna fix it nope sure didn't and constantly be harassed about a title that was already being sent to them through the DMV. Worse experience I have ever had at a car lot.

Overall a great experience. Got a used 2018 Subaru from them for a fair price, and they gave me a great value for the Nissan I was trading in. Austin was very informative and helpful, and he even made sure the car had a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. The radio was having issues with the touchscreen and they were unable to fix it, so they payed for and installed a new radio in it. Altogether a very respectable and professional business, 5/5 stars I would recommend to anyone in need of a quality used or new car.

This is the 2nd new vehicle I have purchased from Victory in the last 11 months. I feel the pricing was fair. The sales staff made the purchase easy and took the time to show me all the features on my new truck. A special thanks to Chris and Jeff and Kius. A side note, Kius told me that he was fairly new at this business but he was very eager to make sure he answered every question and explained everything to me and when he didn't know an answer, he wasn't to proud to as someone else and get the answer. I will buy from Victory again.

I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing particularly if you live in the KC area. Short drive to experience a no-pressure and attentive buying process from people who seem to really care about the customer experience!
