I cannot say enough about the service I received today—I wish I could give 10 stars! My family and I were traveling for a dance competition when we got a flat tire. I was PANICKING because we had to get my daughter there in time to perform. Matt Honaker (finance manager) was INCREDIBLE. I thought I was going to have to pay $400 for a new tire, but he went above and beyond to check and found that I had tire and rim protection—so I didn’t have to pay anything. The entire team showed amazing hospitality. The woman at the service desk brought out coloring sheets and crayons for the kids, another woman offered snacks and drinks, and even let us use her office so we could get my daughter ready for her competition. The service guy who took my info was also awesome!!! Very kind and respectful. On top of all that, the service was completed in just 30 minutes. I’m honestly blown away. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares about people the way you all did today. Thank you so much—you turned a stressful situation into a great experience. You guys are the best!

Mark Deters and the rest of the team at Victory Honda were incredibly helpful during a challenging time in our lives. They were very patient, never pushy and always helpful! My 18yo and I were looking for a reliable car for her, we lost my husband two years ago and this was his area. Doing it without him was hard, but we made the right choice going to Victory!
